I waited an hour and 10 minutes in line to check in for my appointment. This was very inconsiderate of my time without any acknoweldgment of what was going on. Kia made a point to confirm my appointment several times and I was also early, but clearly Kia grossly overbooks appointments. Your team wasn’t going above and beyond to accommodate the wait to inform anyone of what was happening or to check people in while in line. In the meantime, I had an appointment that I was late for and by the time I checked in, the driver already left so I had to Uber for appointment. Let’s not forget the gas I wasted while sitting in line. This isn’t a respectable way of doing business and while I was out I also received a call from sales to buy my car and upgrade to a newer version. But I really have to think about whether Kia deserves my business at all. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience. I had a handmade gifted quilt disappear from my car during service at one appointment and during that service, your guys oversprayed paint onto my windshield, which has never been properly removed. Is this representative of how your service center operates? At a minimum, I would appreciate being reimbursed for the service I paid for yesterday due to the inconvenience of this visit. More

Considering they ask for or have your car information and what service it is you require (mine being a recall), I found it annoying that they did not have the part and I had to return a week or so later to h what service it is you require (mine being a recall), I found it annoying that they did not have the part and I had to return a week or so later to have the work completed.
