I took the car in for service because of rattling noise coming from the rear of the vehicle but they have not even touch the car for a whole week. It took them extra 2~3 days to attempt to fix the problem coming from the rear of the vehicle but they have not even touch the car for a whole week. It took them extra 2~3 days to attempt to fix the problem but they could not. Even though the the work needs to be performed is a warranty item, they want me to pay $200+ up front just to investigate the problem. I took my car back from this awful service center. More
