Misael Rios is a very professional, courteous and knowledgeable tech. He answered all my questions and provided information about my vehicle that I had concerns with. The cashiers on the hand very opposite attitude from Misael. One cashier saw me, eye contact and all while I was waiting to pay and walked away. The lady that did help seemed like she was mad she was there. Her demeanor was very standoffish. If she doesn't like to deal with paying customers, why bother working with the public. More

Service manager did not seem to care at all about my needs. I had a factory recall that needed to be taken care of and he was not very knowledgeable as to what that entailed.
