Sales Manager Robert Baptiste did everything he possibly could to get me the price I was looking for/ or say what I wanted to pay. It was very important to me when it came to the price. I test drove the Kia 2015 Optima. I fell in love with the car. I went to other dealerships and just did not get that friendly, I care about you feeling from the other dealerships. Most importantly I did not feel pressured that I had to buy the car right here, right now. They did not force me to sign sign sign the papers. I loved that because they gave me all the information I needed to really think about purchasing the car. At the end of my research day I just had to go back to Kia. They just really provide great customer service, answer any questions you have, really work with what you have. Definitely recommend this dealership to any looking for a car, they really do make buying a car process easy. More

Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly- Robert Baptistery, Holly Frankovich, Michael Landin. We have had the car for about a month and couldn't be happier with the performance of our Sorento 2016. We will definitely be sending our friends there! The only thing we had an issue with is we had picked our car out from the Internet sales online. The price that was quoted online was apparently just for people who financed a car. We felt as buyers who were paying in cash- we were being penalized. Other than that we are extremely pleased with service from the Mall of Georgia Kia More

While I'm walking around the lot; Robert Baptist September 17, 2015 was one of my best days ever!!! I go in to get a oil change for a 2013 KIA Optima. While I'm walking around the lot; Robert Baptiste, which is the Sales Manager, asks if I needed any assistance with looking for a car and I told him I came in to get a service done on my car. Well, he goes ahead and offers me with an opportunity to get into a brand new car, no miles, no problems. While I'm filing out all the paper work, he's stopping by to check on me and since I had my 3 year old with me, he offered her ice cream. He was very very sweet. Took me around to see the new cars and well I chose the car REALLY FAST!!! I just knew that car was just perfect for me!!! Even while the fact that I was with another person getting the numbers down, he would come in and check on us to see if we're doing okay. He even offered FOOD to my daughter!!! After all, this was one of the best days of my life because the car I had was already giving me problems (was going to have to pay $180 to change the brakes), seats were messed up. Now, thanks to Robert, I have a brand new 2015 KIA Optima with 15 miles on it. Warranty on it. TWO years of FREE oil changes!!!! My sales person was Holly Frankovich and she was just GREAT. Very nice and relaxing. Honest as well, which I loved about her. She was more than just a sales person, she was like a friend. Great great great people there!!!! Melissa Cruz More
