I was shopping around for a while and decided to do my business at KIA of B the new KIA's are extremely positive and the value really can't be beat. I was shopping around for a while and decided to do my business at KIA of Bradley. I have not regretted this decision one bit. I purchased a new Optima and absolutely love it. The salesman that helped me was Nick. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire KIA product line. He was able to answer any question I had and elaborate on other features that I was unfamiliar with. The buying process was easy and I didn't feel uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. I was impressed by the entire KIA of Bradley staff. Also, the free oil change policy that KIA of Bradley offers is a great incentive/bonus. I would recommend KIA's and KIA of Bradley to any family or friends shopping for a vehicle. KIA is a game changer, Honda and Toyota better watch out!! More

I just bought a brand new Sorento a few days ago. I was VERY happy with my experience. At other dealerships I seem to get lost in the "dealership time warp" and spend hours or days there making deals and VERY happy with my experience. At other dealerships I seem to get lost in the "dealership time warp" and spend hours or days there making deals and wasting time. Not here. I told them that I needed to be somewhere and needed to speed up the process, and they did just that. They give you great customer service. I'm very pleased with the deal I got and am MORE THAN HAPPY to recommend to people to go there and get the same pleasant experience that I received. Sam was a great salesperson! Go see her for a great car. I also had dealings with Greg and Nick and they are terrific. Just "normal" people selling great cars. They aren't like other dealerships where you can sometimes feel like you are getting the run-around. More

The buying process was pain free and Greg worked diligently with the bank to get my APR lowered which will save me hard earned money over the term my loan. This was our first Kia purchase. We have been blown away by the overall experience. Our experience at Kia of Bradley was unlike any other car buying experience we've ever had in our life together (nearly 23 by the overall experience. Our experience at Kia of Bradley was unlike any other car buying experience we've ever had in our life together (nearly 23 years so far)! We have owned a Buick, a Ford, and 4 Pontiacs. Obviously, we have had a broad range of vehicle ownership and a long history of purchasing vehicles. This purchase experience was best by far. The staff could not have been nicer. They were funny, and knew the vehicles (we ended up with a Kia Sorento). We fully intend to recommend Kia of Bradley to our friends and family. We felt so empowered and satisfied when we left that we can still hardly believe the day was real! I look forward to a long and enjoyable relationship with a company that will do "whatever it takes". They understand that what that statement actually means is giving the customer what they need, not what you as the dealership want them to have. Love my Kia Sorento! More
I went to Kia of Bradley with my parents to purchase my first car. I test drove a few vehicles before I found the one I fell in love with, a used 2001 Saturn SC2. After sitting in the dealership for about 4-5 hours, I finally drove off with my new car. About a week later the assistant manager of this dealership called my parents and told them they needed me to bring the vehicle back because they "wrote the VIN # down wrong and needed us to sign some more papers". My dad asked them if we could bring it in the following weekend because I was going to leave to head back to school. The assistant manager insisted that we need to bring the car in that day, so my mom and I drove my new car to the dealership to "sign more papers and for them to get the right VIN #" The minute we walked into the dealership, the assistant manager took the keys out of my hand, got into my car, drove it into the garage, locked it in there, and kept my keys. He then brought us into an office telling us that they "messed up the financing" and wanted to charge me $321/month for 21 months instead of $189/month for 36 months (which is what I was paying before). I was in tears while sitting in the assistant managers office and all he could do was complain about how he "has to eat over $1000 in fees and has a car with an extra 400 miles on it (which in fact, I only put, at most, 200 miles on it)". This dealership had only 72 hours to notify us and change the financing according to the paperwork we and the dealership signed... They called us, brought us there under false pretenses, and stole my car well over a week past their 72 hour grace period. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. The only thing they are good at is scamming people! More
