If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother in law and I worked with Allison after having previously been in contact with Robert before the vehicle I was looking for had come in. We began working a deal on a car that they wouldn’t even let me test drive because it hadn’t been PDI’d yet, even though Robert told me I needed to come in first thing in the morning to negotiate or this might “slip my finger tips.” The owner, Greg, was shouting at us because we wanted more for our trade. He spit food all over the table as he was shouting and told us “$500 less on your trade is $8 more a month in your payment, if you can’t afford that then I don’t know what to tell you” If $500 isn’t that much to you then why not pay the extra for the trade, Greg? Lost the deal over that. When we called back and were willing to accept their trade offer because it was the car I wanted, there was 8 minutes until my third party financing closed (the bank). Robert screamed at my MIL and told her that she needs to figure it out and she has 8 minutes to get the buyer’s order to the bank and back. He then proceeded to say he didn’t know what we expected him to do and that they wouldn’t hold the car nor take a down payment and that if the car sold in the remaining three hours that they were open then “oh well.” Very unprofessional, rude, and downright belligerent. It is unbelievable that they still manage to keep their doors open with such a lack of customer service skills. I would ride my bike through 2 feet of snow before ever considering buying a car from Kia of Bradley again. The car is still on their lot 3 days later BTW so they must have some real interest, huh? More
I hate car dealerships that don't do their job. I would have bought a car if it actually runs and drives well but from reading other reviews it's quite questionable. Was very disappointed in my experience at this dealership, the salesmen was very good to work with super understand and very pleasant. Management tho absolutely horrible, ran out of gas on my test dealership, the salesmen was very good to work with super understand and very pleasant. Management tho absolutely horrible, ran out of gas on my test drive because they don’t keep enough gas in there vehicles. Ended up having to push there vehicle a quarter mile on a windy day to the gas station then adding gas to the tank. In the process almost had an asthma attack. Anyways to continue my extremely time wasted experience, we get back talk numbers management and owner have absolutely no care at all that I pushed there car and put gas in it while having an asthma attack. Anyways long story short deal was awful, no care at all. Up charge the heck out of there vehicles and want receipts and proof when pushing there car and getting reimbursement on gas and just to add insult to injury an eye role in the process. Anyways if I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve bought many many vehicles and never had an experience like that in my life. I DO NOT recommend Kia of Bradley to ANYONE!!! BEWARE! More
Traveled down over an hour to look at a used vehicle. During the test drive, the heat would not turn on. The temperature gauge was on High and the car was overheating. Towards the end of the test drive w During the test drive, the heat would not turn on. The temperature gauge was on High and the car was overheating. Towards the end of the test drive we started smelling coolant and saw "steam" coming from under the hood. Back at the dealership popped the hood and no coolant at all left. Their own mechanic diagnosed a blown head gasket. Did they not inspect the car upon purchase or during their test drive? At this time the car is still listed for sale, unknown if it was repaired or not. Stay away from this place. More
Absolutely horrible customer service. I inquired about a cheap car and was willing to pay cash. Once I told the salesperson I did not want to finance that was the end of the messages. This dealership is horrible . Made appointment to test drive a car because the dealership was over one hour away . Got there and another customer was test driving the same car . Upon return of other custo drive a car because the dealership was over one hour away . Got there and another customer was test driving the same car . Upon return of other customer test drive it was my turn . Told the sales guy I did not want to test drive it if the other customer was buying it . He went inside came back said they weren’t buying it . After two hours of sitting there not to mention already filled out paperwork for income and credit , salesperson comes back and said the other customer decided to buy the vehicle Never have experienced a sneeky dealership like this . Sad part salesmanger sat there and was part of the whole show ! New exactly what was going on and let it continue . Wasted 2 hours at dealership plus 3 hours of driving . Never buy a car from this pathetic place ! More
