Traveled down over an hour to look at a used vehicle. During the test drive, the heat would not turn on. The temperature gauge was on High and the car was overheating. Towards the end of the test drive we started smelling coolant and saw "steam" coming from under the hood. Back at the dealership popped the hood and no coolant at all left. Their own mechanic diagnosed a blown head gasket. Did they not inspect the car upon purchase or during their test drive? At this time the car is still listed for sale, unknown if it was repaired or not. Stay away from this place. More

Absolutely horrible customer service. I inquired about a cheap car and was willing to pay cash. Once I told the salesperson I did not want to finance that was the end of the messages. This dealership is horrible . Made appointment to test drive a car because the dealership was over one hour away . Got there and another customer was test driving the same car . Upon return of other custo drive a car because the dealership was over one hour away . Got there and another customer was test driving the same car . Upon return of other customer test drive it was my turn . Told the sales guy I did not want to test drive it if the other customer was buying it . He went inside came back said they weren’t buying it . After two hours of sitting there not to mention already filled out paperwork for income and credit , salesperson comes back and said the other customer decided to buy the vehicle Never have experienced a sneeky dealership like this . Sad part salesmanger sat there and was part of the whole show ! New exactly what was going on and let it continue . Wasted 2 hours at dealership plus 3 hours of driving . Never buy a car from this pathetic place ! More
