I ask how long will it take he said about an hour so we set the date: I got there early thinking I was getting oil change: So after finishing up found out they only put in oil on top of old oil. I could have done that an would not of had to drive from Lafayette Ga to Chattanooga TN. Then after all this all he said was do you wanna to schedule an oil change! Talked to manager an he said the same I think they should do free oil change: wasted 3 hours of my day Driving up there adding oil an hour there an hour back home: Very Disappointing why would I drive to Chattanooga just for you to add oil: I could have done that an never left home🤬 More

Regular maintenance visit I have been to Kia of Chattanooga for several service jobs since I bought my Kia Soul and this has been my worst experience. I scheduled a detailed m I have been to Kia of Chattanooga for several service jobs since I bought my Kia Soul and this has been my worst experience. I scheduled a detailed maintenance for 830 am. I dropped my car off and arranged a ride to work. Charlie, the maintenance rep, stated he would call me with the outcome of my brakes evaluation...he never did. I arrived back at the dealership around 2 pm and checked in Charlie. He was unable to provide me any info and asked me to wait in the lobby. I waited for an hour. Charlie came in and said the couldn't find any problems with my brakes and they would "get started" on the other maintenance. I was confused about this since my car had been dropped off at 830 and was just getting started. Also, I knew something was wrong with the brakes and asked them to recheck and advised them to turn the rotors. Long story short, I left the dealership at 545 pm. I dont feel I need to explain the issues, but all need to be addressed. Especially time management. I am very upset with Kia of Chattanooga and I am looking into changing dealerships. This was unacceptable. More

Took way too long. I took my car in for an oil change for the first time since I purchased it. And I suppose the oil change was fine. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell air filters or wipers or anything like that which I know my car doesn’t need yet. My only issue is that I waited for nearly two hours. For an oil change. And to make that worse, I made an appointment in advance. I could see waiting that long if I just drove up at lunch time on a busy day. But I made an appointment a week ahead of time and still it took two hours. FOR AN OIL CHANGE. That’s at least an hour too long is not more. More

Timely and Efficient Had been there couple of days previous for service. Spotted the Burnished Copper Sportage and wondered if it was time for a trade in.
