My Kia Sorento was taken to the service department due to vibration in the front left. After assessment I received a call stating that the rear end was no good and causing the front left to slip. The cost of this replacement would be $3100 and 2 weeks to get. I had them put it back together and after labor and an oil change I owed close to $400. I drove the car another week and took it to my regular mechanic. 3 hours later my mechanic calls to report that it was in fact the front left drive axle (I questioned Kia if that could be the issue, as I have some knowledge of vehicle repair) and the cost would be $376!!! There is no way the diagnosis from KIA was based on evidence. The only reason I took the car tho the KIA dealership was to see if the problem may be covered under a recall or if warranty coverage was applicable. If they do a small percentage of people this way they are making a mint. Dealers are always higher on service and repairs and I knew that up front. I did not expect to be taken advantage of for the tune of $3,000! More

Had my daughter in laws car in for repair. During the test drive got in a wreck and totaled the car (not there fault) Now heres the messed up part the wreck was on Alabama highway In Georgia 16 miles fro test drive got in a wreck and totaled the car (not there fault) Now heres the messed up part the wreck was on Alabama highway In Georgia 16 miles from there service center heading towards Lafayette at 5.57 in the evening. The employee driving lives in Lafayette (per police report) and the service center closes at 6pm. So everyone needs to log there millage when they take it in for repairs as the mechanics take the cars home in the evening without permission, took over 24 hours to tell her the car was in a wreck and yates towing even tried charging her for the tow. More

Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, and for a slow leak in my tire. Came back and they said they did the oil change and rotation but couldn’t find the leak. Well. Leak is still there and in the same tire in the same spot so a rotation wasn’t actually done. I know the leak is there because I physically saw it and a tire place circled it. Disappointed. More
