My visit on 9/18 I took my car in for routine service and I was running late for my appointment, by my own fault, missed the courtesy van. I waited for about an hour a I took my car in for routine service and I was running late for my appointment, by my own fault, missed the courtesy van. I waited for about an hour and decided that I had to leave and scheduled Uber to pick me up. Just as I paid for my ride the van arrived. I cancelled my Uber and they delivered me to work quickly. Even though it was my fault that I had to wait, Charlie in service took such great care of me!! He went above and beyond to make my experience fabulous and make me happy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Not happy with service Service person did not go over anything with us. Know it was just an oil change but they usually go over other thing with me. Left there and made one stop and had to have van boosted off because would not crank. While waiting. Looked at paperwork saw where they had put that the battery was C100%- H17% was told by by the people where I had to purchase a new battery that it was bad. I feel kia should have said something. Have trouble with bluetooth but they said it was working. Did for about an hour. Been that way almost since I have had car. More

Had to pay for their manufacturing issue I just wanted to give my feedback to your Kia dealership. At first, I was happy with the service department, they were able to answer all my questions I just wanted to give my feedback to your Kia dealership. At first, I was happy with the service department, they were able to answer all my questions and call me back in a timely manner. Then, after I agreed to have the work done, it all went downhill fast. I know this is standard in today's times to get someone's business and then be rude after the work has been started, but this is not how you stay in business for the long haul. My car was there over a month, I couldn't get any calls back from the service department, my airbag light was supposedly on (it wasn't on when I took it in) and they needed to replace the clock spring. I told them to go ahead but I wanted the old clock spring to verify the repair. Guess what I didn't get? The old clock spring. That's because the repair wasn't done. So great... You scammed me out of $300. Toyota or Volkswagen will be getting $40,000 from me when it is time to buy a new car. Also, my left fender is scratched all to xxxx, and I was told I needed new tires (they have less than 100 miles on them). A friend of mine took her car to Kia of Cleveland and had none of these problems. She got her car back in just over a week and took hers in after me. If I need anything in the future, I'll drive right by your dealership and head that way. That's a shame because I have told people for years that I drive a Kia optima and they laugh. I have always stood by my car and argued with them about how nice it is. I guess they were right though, and that's a shame. More
