Our salesman, Craig, was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He made the whole process as easy as possible and made sure to explain the vehicle features before we left. Not sure I trust them Went to get oil changed, the employees were nice but that was the only good thing. I hate having to pay almost $50 just for an oil change. Not only the price I dislike, after looking at my checkpoint list I noticed that it was marked that my transmission was checked and it was ok. Then as I continued to look at the check point the section for the clutch was marked out. This would not have caused a red flag if my car was an automatic, but it isn't, it's a 6 speed. Also the lights were all checked as good and I know I have a tail light out, it has been out for about 4 months, but I was not informed by the employees. I also did not get a sticker showing when I need to return for another oil change. My husband called Friday and left a message and none called. This is very poor in my opinion. I don't think my car was checked out at all. More
