Unscheduled Excellence I had a low tire pressure reading on my car and I immediately came to Kia of Chattanooga without an appointment. I went straight to Robert in service I had a low tire pressure reading on my car and I immediately came to Kia of Chattanooga without an appointment. I went straight to Robert in service and he took my keys and arranged to have the car checked. Turned out the tire had a nail. Robert arranged for a new tire to be put on and handled all of the associated details. He also asked if I would like my car washed and since I was not in a hurry, I said "Sure." A great experience. KIA fan for life Dear KIA, As a KIA customer, I felt the need to contact you to inform you of my excellent service received from your employees at your Chattanooga, T Dear KIA, As a KIA customer, I felt the need to contact you to inform you of my excellent service received from your employees at your Chattanooga, TN dealership (2136 Chapman Rd). Three employees in particular need to be recognized: • Robert Painter, Charlie Puckett, and Gregg Finger Back in November 2018 I was driving my wife’s 2013 Kia Optima EX (2.4L) from our home town of Knoxville, TN to Chattanooga, TN (~100 miles away from home) when I heard a knocking sound from the engine. I pulled over, opened the hood, took a closer look, and ultimately decided to have the car towed to this particular dealership. This happened on a Saturday and I dealt with Robert upon drop off. Monday morning I received a call from Gregg (he called as we knew each other, which I forgot he worked there) and mentioned the engine would be replaced under warranty and that he would order an engine. During the week I spoke with Charlie and Gregg further, giving me updates along the way. To my surprise, I was able to pickup the car even sooner than I even expected. This service happened so quickly, I didn’t even need a rental car – saving me convenience, and saving KIA money. Fast forward to now, we still have my wife’s optima, and I decided to purchase a 2nd KIA (2013 Optima SX). The service we have received from KIA is a big reason we purchased a 2nd one. You now have a brand loyal customer for life. I recently test drove a Stinger, and I believe that will be my next car once I am ready for an upgrade. Thanks to employees like Robert, Charlie, and Gregg, and the professional service they provide, I was at ease when deciding to go with another KIA vehicle. I feel these employees should be recognized internally for their customer service and professionalism. I have shared this story with as many friends and neighbors as possible.
