Oil change took too long My oil change was expected to take 60 minutes (too long in my opinion ) for a scheduled appointment. It took a total of 90 minutes. The explanation I was given was the car was washed after the oil change. Plus I had to ask where my car was, instead of a staff member letting me know it would take longer than planned. If I had been informed ahead of time I would have declined the car wash. Instead, I showed up to work later than I expected. 60+ minutes for a standard (and scheduled) service makes me more inclined to use a quick change service closer to home/work. More

Defective parts Had the turbo replaced. Did not fix the problem and while they were trying to find the problem it blew up the motor. They found out that they turbo wa Had the turbo replaced. Did not fix the problem and while they were trying to find the problem it blew up the motor. They found out that they turbo was defective and Kia replaced the the motor it took them about a month to get the car back to us but they did put us in a rental car. So far everything is good after all the repairs.. only thing I wish they had done was stayed in more contact with us about what was going on. After a month I called to find out where we were at on getting our car back More

Horrible Went in for a oil change and warranty issue plus a recall. It took 6 weeks to get my car back. They ordered wrong color seat. Gave us a Nissan Altima Went in for a oil change and warranty issue plus a recall. It took 6 weeks to get my car back. They ordered wrong color seat. Gave us a Nissan Altima for rental when explained my wife is handicapped and this wouldn't be ok. Was informed we could get an upgrade through Enterprise but when we contacted them it was not approved in system. I asked for a discount on oil change for this extreme hassle and was told no. I really wish we had not gotten a kia now. More
