New Vehicle Purchase I had been car shopping for months, looking to trade in my VW GTI. I stopped by the Chattanooga Kia to test drive a Sportage. We were greeted by sales I had been car shopping for months, looking to trade in my VW GTI. I stopped by the Chattanooga Kia to test drive a Sportage. We were greeted by sales specialist Craig Pesnell who seemed quite personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle and was not at all salesman pushy. After much thought over quite sometime, we returned to discuss a trade and hadthe luxury of also dealing with General Manager Taft Butcher. He too proved to be a pleasure to deal with and found the color Sportage I desired. In the end, two weeks later the deal was completed. Clyde Dempsey the Finance Manager made understanding and finalizing all the financials a breeze. All three of our visits to the Chattanooga Kia were hassle free from start to finish. I drive away smiling. More
