I was told I bought a 200,000 mile powertrain warranty and could have it serviced at any (Kia) service center, now they tell me only Chattanooga. So if I'm on vacation and service is due I either hve to go over my limit or service it there. Now they tell me I voided my warranty because I had it serviced at Kia of Key West....... More

It was a pai Craig Pesnell and the staff at Kia of Chattanooga made the purchase of our new car the best experience we have had when buying a new car. It was a painless process that was achieved through hard work and knowledge of Craig and his salesmanship. We stopped one day and took a test drive, got the info from Craig and returned the next business day to do the paperwork. The entire process may have taken an hour and that’s counting the test drive. The experience of the staff shows in their professionalism and ability to get the deal done. We never felt pressure and for the first time felt that a salesman wanted to help us and not just make a quota. Even the finance paperwork was seamless and efficient and we didn’t feel like someone was judging our every move.
