The operator put my call back. He did not answer so I left a message. When I asked to speak to him again the service department had closed. He started that he had tried to call several times and left messages. I had several calls during the day There were no calls from him When I picked up my the Next day, he explained what was done and he would get my car ready. He left my car on Hi heat without the air conditioning on. It turned it on and left. It was so hot I went Back and asked to speak with manager. He started that Mr Puckett had put it on Hi heat not Air conditioning . More

Dealer helpful & wished to please I was looking for a used car under $8,000 to replace my older car. Very disappointed In April we took my wife's 2018 Sportage to get an oil change and tire rotation due to a good deal Kia of Chattanooga offered. This week we discovere In April we took my wife's 2018 Sportage to get an oil change and tire rotation due to a good deal Kia of Chattanooga offered. This week we discovered an oil leak and she took it back. Turns out the tech didn't put the oil cap back on properly. They did put in on this time. They also cleaned up the mess it made "as well as they could". We wanted to speak to the service manager. We were told he would call. He never did. My wife called back and was never able to reach him. Since oil changes are the most basic maintenance imaginable, we would have expected them to do it properly. Needless to say we are unimpressed with the original work and the lack of follow up by the service manager. Would not recommend Kia of Chattanooga. Incidentally, I own 3 Kia's, all bought new, so I consider us loyal customers. Not anymore. More
