Bad customer service. I requested a certain service tech. When he had to leave work early you did not bother to call me to reschedule. Also because of this when I did arriv I requested a certain service tech. When he had to leave work early you did not bother to call me to reschedule. Also because of this when I did arrive you all were short handed which you did not tell me & therefore my simple oil change took over an hour! My time is valuable also. This is unacceptable. More
