I will never buy a Kia again!!! I came in to get key fobs programmed. In the process it activated auto locking my doors in 30 seconds which it was not doing before. Your personnel sa I came in to get key fobs programmed. In the process it activated auto locking my doors in 30 seconds which it was not doing before. Your personnel said I would have to pay for a diagnostic to see what was the matter. I told them this was not happening before I brought it in. They should investigate to see what happened. I took their indifference as an insult. Later I realized, if all it did was activate a reactivate sequence, your crew should have recognized that and known how to turn it off without trying to charge me for another service call. More
