Oil all over my engine and engine overfilled. My service included an oil and filter change. Discovered my engine covered in oil and overfilled. It took 2 days for it to burn off. I will never buy a Kia again!!! I came in to get key fobs programmed. In the process it activated auto locking my doors in 30 seconds which it was not doing before. Your personnel sa I came in to get key fobs programmed. In the process it activated auto locking my doors in 30 seconds which it was not doing before. Your personnel said I would have to pay for a diagnostic to see what was the matter. I told them this was not happening before I brought it in. They should investigate to see what happened. I took their indifference as an insult. Later I realized, if all it did was activate a reactivate sequence, your crew should have recognized that and known how to turn it off without trying to charge me for another service call. More

Great Staff and Service at Kia of Chattanooga Everyone here was so friendly, however at other places they are super rude. There was a refreshments bar.
