Robert is always courteous and professional. I arrived at 7:15 AM without an appointment for a 10,000 mile check-up. Robert told me the exact time that my vehicle would be serviced. I walked to I arrived at 7:15 AM without an appointment for a 10,000 mile check-up. Robert told me the exact time that my vehicle would be serviced. I walked to Waffle House (Kia offered to drive me, but I decided to walk), came back, helped myself to a freshly baked cookie and bottled water. Robert came in at 8:45 AM and told me my vehicle was ready. He then went over the entire work order and asked me if I wanted to have my car go through the car wash at 9 AM. This is a new service that Kia provides and it was most welcome. Thank you, Robert and Kia. More
