Unfriendly Overpriced Oil Change I have come to Kia of Chattanooga quite a few times for my oil change/ other services. This time there was no one that was friendly (except the checko I have come to Kia of Chattanooga quite a few times for my oil change/ other services. This time there was no one that was friendly (except the checkout lady) to me this time at all. From the moment I pulled up they were rude and short with us. They asked for a tire rotation which I asked for last time but obviously didn’t receive since they said it was time again. They removed my air filters and brought them to the waiting room area and told me they would be $90 to replace! For TWO small air filters! My husband had just ordered the engine and cabin air filters online for $14. When he put them in today it took an entire 10 minutes to install them both. Then they didn’t even give me a reminder sticker to show me the mileage of my returning oil change. I paid almost $50 for a standard (not synthetic) oil change. No run through the car wash, no vacuum, nothing special at all. I can go anywhere for what I received at Kia and pay less. I will not be returning anytime soon. More

Love my Kia love the service too! I have had my Kia serviced consistently at this dealership for the past 6 years. The service personnel are friendly and knowledgeable and if there is I have had my Kia serviced consistently at this dealership for the past 6 years. The service personnel are friendly and knowledgeable and if there is an issue it always gets corrected the first time. I rarely have any issues with my Kia Optima as it has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. I highly recommend Kia of Chattanooga for both purchasing and serving your vehicle!! More
