Bad service Have the tire protection plan threw Kia of Chattanooga and had a flat and because it was on a Saturday they said I'd have to pay for it then talk to Have the tire protection plan threw Kia of Chattanooga and had a flat and because it was on a Saturday they said I'd have to pay for it then talk to the tire dealer to get my money back so I took it to Kia in Cleveland TN and they fixed no questions asked and was very nice people there unlike Kia of Chattanooga there very hard to deal with there so I suggest Kia of Cleveland More

Unfriendly Overpriced Oil Change I have come to Kia of Chattanooga quite a few times for my oil change/ other services. This time there was no one that was friendly (except the checko I have come to Kia of Chattanooga quite a few times for my oil change/ other services. This time there was no one that was friendly (except the checkout lady) to me this time at all. From the moment I pulled up they were rude and short with us. They asked for a tire rotation which I asked for last time but obviously didn’t receive since they said it was time again. They removed my air filters and brought them to the waiting room area and told me they would be $90 to replace! For TWO small air filters! My husband had just ordered the engine and cabin air filters online for $14. When he put them in today it took an entire 10 minutes to install them both. Then they didn’t even give me a reminder sticker to show me the mileage of my returning oil change. I paid almost $50 for a standard (not synthetic) oil change. No run through the car wash, no vacuum, nothing special at all. I can go anywhere for what I received at Kia and pay less. I will not be returning anytime soon. More
