No customer service From the time my car started to mess up the experience dealing with Kia of Chattanooga was AWFUL. I could never get anyone to answer the phone that could actually give me answers. The service writer was rude. The service manager said he would call me back and never did. After spending a lot of money very unexpectedly I get my car back and yet another light came on!! Tried to call and no one at the entire dealership answered the phone! Then the next day the original service writer called me back and was rude again!! Finally did get help from one girl but I am done with this dealership! More
