Kia of Chattanooga was an unexpected blessing. Hank was extraordinary. We had spent the day looking at other lots with no thoughts of purchasing a Kia. Passing the lot we decided it wouldn't hurt t Hank was extraordinary. We had spent the day looking at other lots with no thoughts of purchasing a Kia. Passing the lot we decided it wouldn't hurt to just see what the options were. Hank greeted us 36 seconds after we parked. (Yes, I was timing them all, and yes, that was the fastest response from any lot.) He was not pushy, but he made sure we got all the key points we needed. He quickly analyzed what was important to us, and Kia's quality and safety ratings frankly blew us away. The price point of the vehicle we purchased was excellent, and I received more than I expected and more than I was offered elsewhere for my trade in. It was a wonderful experience, and as a NICU travel nurse, I am truly finally enjoying my road trips to each assignment. My entire family loves the vehicle, and Matt made the paperwork a breeze with his efficiency. I would highly recommend Hank, Matt, and Kia of Chattanooga to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
