I know I will be there for about an hour so I’m happy My service experience at KIA of CHATTANOOGA is always a pleasure. I actually look forward to it. I know I will be there for about an hour so I’m happy to slow my busy schedule down and relax in their waiting room. It’s comfortable with snacks available and the WIFI is always appreciated. I haven’t used the shuttle service but it’s always offered and if I ever need to be there for an extended period I will definitely take advantage of that. I appreciate them being thorough with my vehicle and always letting me know what might need to be done BEFORE doing it! I’m extremely pleased to be part of the KIA family! More

2.27.19 MY New Kia Soul Experience -Chattanooga,TN Recently I purchased a brand new Kia Soul! It happens to be my first car in my own name that I will pay for after going through some difficult times Recently I purchased a brand new Kia Soul! It happens to be my first car in my own name that I will pay for after going through some difficult times including painful unwanted divorces and having to start all over again twice... This is quite a big deal for me. I don’t know if the Kia folks know this about me, but my dear family and friends do and they are happy for me & definitely cheering me on! I have to say not only am I thankful & thrilled about how far I have come, but this new car experience here at the KIA - Chattanooga, TN was pleasant & painless. Be sure to ask for: Hank, my salesman. He was very knowledgeable and kind and confident! Clyde, the finance type manager was laid back and very approachable and kind and not pushy at all. Their price was the lowest after my research, and they both truly seemed honest. I hope the future visits to the Service Dept there are equally pleasant. But thankfully with my BRAND NEW KIA SOUL - I won’t have to worry about car repairs for a long time! ~~ Big Smile :) More
