Review Charlie was great! I had called in due to a busted tire and some front end damage, he immediately got me in. After the car got towed in, within 2 hour Charlie was great! I had called in due to a busted tire and some front end damage, he immediately got me in. After the car got towed in, within 2 hours they replaced the tire and were able to find temporary clips for my front bumper so I was able to drive until I get it fixed. More
Poor service center I had issues with my tires and 1 was damaged. I was told I would need to replace at least 2 and then was suggested the other 2 were worn down and all I had issues with my tires and 1 was damaged. I was told I would need to replace at least 2 and then was suggested the other 2 were worn down and all 4 would need to be replaced.i have only had my vehicle 6 weeks. At the time I was in no place financially to make that kind of purchase. I had to leave my vehicle overnight. I had to find other means of replacing my tires. One of which was able to be patched. When I got back the associate was very rude when he became aware I wouldn't be able to have services from the dealership. The sales team was great. The service center was so poor I dont want to go through that type of experience again. More
