Very accomodating, kind and timely. I went to get my oil changed on 2.8.19. They were very accomodating, had a clean waiting area, and were all very kind. It took them 44 minutes to get everything done which wasn't a bad wait time especially with the free wi-fi and water. The energy in the building was pleasant, upbeat, and happy. They did a full inspection and properly filled out the paper work so I knew what my car is going to need next. I do recommend them and will go back for my next oil change. Thank you! More

Our 2012 Kia Optima with 16 Unfortunately the telaride came out to late. We were in the market for a LUXURY suv. We ended up buying the QX 60 limited. Our 2012 Kia Optima with 160,000 is helping our kids now. Helping them with seating for the grandchildren. The Infiniti has a third row and was extremely quieter than the Sorento. We spent an added 15,000. I really wanted to buy a vehicle at Kia of Chattanooga, because of my friends in service. Maybe next time we'll be able to buy there. More

Good Job Salesman Kevin Anderson is great. Disappointed in finance. Matt forgot to have me sign a form and I had to come back. Neglected to go over the last Salesman Kevin Anderson is great. Disappointed in finance. Matt forgot to have me sign a form and I had to come back. Neglected to go over the last two month remaining on my prior lease. Kia did end up paying it but Matt did not go over it. I had to call main Kia to get correct information. Matt does not answer incoming calls nor does he return calls. I had to call Kevin to contact him and get answers to questions I had. Unfortunately he is the only bad experience I have had with any of the dealerships I have worked with. More
