Misdiagnosis, delays, additional rental car expense Our vehicle broke down unexpectedly and we decided the best place to take it was the nearest Kia Service in Chattanooga. Misdiagnosis and replacement Our vehicle broke down unexpectedly and we decided the best place to take it was the nearest Kia Service in Chattanooga. Misdiagnosis and replacement of operable parts led to delays in returning our vehicle and additional rental car expenses. This dealership does not stock replacements parts. Service had to order replacement parts from out of state on two separate occasions leading to additional delays waiting on parts to arrive. Initially, Service ordered replacement part that took four (4) days to arrive only to realize upon arrival it was the incorrect part. Service notified me the correct replacement part was located only 10 minutes from my house. I offered to pick-up, pay for, and deliver the correct replacement part to Kia of Chattanooga the next morning. Service refused to let me pick-up the correct replacement part and deliver to their location. This would have saved us three (3) days rent on the rental car. More
