Easy to schedule and great service Had to have some basic service items needing to be addressed and made an appointment a week ahead of time. Dropped the car off and discussed the items I needed checked and spent the morning running errands. Received a text “as I prefer” letting me know my car was ready. Arrived to pick it up and the customer service rep reviewed items that were addressed and I was directed to the payment area where I was greeted with smile and taken care of getting everything wrapped up. They finished my car in the time that Charlie told that they would and I was on my way. Charlie Puckett was outstanding as he met with me about halfway through to advise me on the status of my car and then came and got me when my car was ready to go. More

Excellent Service Brought my Kia in for a recall and to check some noise out...turned out I needed more work than anticipated.
