Not willing to fix problem I bought my car new in 2015 Kia Optima and I have been having issues with the headlights either flickering on and off where you can tap them and they I bought my car new in 2015 Kia Optima and I have been having issues with the headlights either flickering on and off where you can tap them and they would come back on or just constantly blow in the light bulbs I have replaced the bulbs six times in the last 3 years I take it to the service center and they tell me there's nothing they could do because when I get there the light bulbs are blown and they can't figure out why it's blowing the light bulbs so I get told that I could buy the bulbs from them for $65 and I would have a warranty for a year and when they blew I could come back up there and they would replace the bulbs at the rate that I'm going it's blowing one a week now on either side of the car I live in Dalton Georgia there in Chattanooga Tennessee it's not a five-minute hop skip and a jump to get up there to have them change a lightbulb this should be covered under my warranty or my extended warranty that I am paying for but they claim that it is not More

so happy i cried! my daughter had been studying up on different vehicles for months now. she narrowed her search to KIA of Chattanooga. we were in the area on business my daughter had been studying up on different vehicles for months now. she narrowed her search to KIA of Chattanooga. we were in the area on business and my daughter asked if I minded to look at cars while in area.. I thought , why not.? I decided to ask salesman a question by motioning him "Craig Pesnell " over to speak to us. He was very helpful and answered all questions. we needed something small to use less gas but we didn't think we could find something in price range to accommodate our health issues in a small car. He drove up a SOULl to try out. it was so easy to get in and out of. lots of room in back seat. very comfortable seats. I didn't want another black car so he showed us an alien II green color. my beloved color. Got a good price for trade in which made us able to buy the soul that day. more than HAPPY with it, its unbelievable what extras this car has. Don't know how I lived without the backup camera etc.so much power don't miss my V-8 van. thanks so much CRAIG PESNELL. More
