Great customer service. Last Friday I made an appointment to have a recall addressed on my 2011 Kia Optima the following Monday because of a letter I received in the mail.( I Last Friday I made an appointment to have a recall addressed on my 2011 Kia Optima the following Monday because of a letter I received in the mail.( I am the second owner of the car and it has 135,000 miles) I showed up for my appointment and was treated like I just bought a brand new car upon my arrival and during the conversation about the recall. After all said and done,they repaired 6 recalls, changed my oil and even replaced my dipstick, FOR FREE! They as a team definitely went above and beyond what I expected. And o yeah they provided a shuttle to take me to my wife's car during the repairs, again complimentary. I know this is the place I will purchase my next car. More
