A Scam or What? So the general manager, Taft Butcher, refused to return my call. He had his assistant, Boone, return my call. I don't know if this is even a real emp So the general manager, Taft Butcher, refused to return my call. He had his assistant, Boone, return my call. I don't know if this is even a real employee. He is not listed as an employee here. He seemed very helpful but I'm not sure if that was genuine or car salesman smooth talk. Basically we got approved for a 30 thousand dollar car but the payments were going to be $890 a month? They had already saw my pay stubs and knew I couldn't afford that. Why would you offer someone that deal: My theory is this: They offer you the car at that rate because they know you can't pay it. In a few months when they repossess the car (and destroy what credit you have) they can then resale the car for a cheaper price and make money off of it twice. Sounds crazy? Ok well if we were approved for a car at that price then why can't we be approved for a cheaper car with a lesser payment without a $1000 down payment? Oh no Sir that is impossible! The whole thing sounds fishy to me. And the general manager puts me off on an employee that's not even on the list? This business needs some investigating. I plan on contacting consumer advocacy groups to check them out. I wouldn't recommend going here. More

Kia service department Rocks I bought my Kia Soul early this year. I have been to the service department a few times and every time there are swift to sign you in and get the car I bought my Kia Soul early this year. I have been to the service department a few times and every time there are swift to sign you in and get the car serviced The waiting room has many comfortable chairs and seating plus food and water and snacks The time you wait is very short and on point They also offer a shuttle service Wow I thought I was an executive!! Really no place better. The service alone is worth the purchase price Just outstanding!! Go to Kia of Chattanooga ok. Highly recommend this dealership above all others ever. Tell them big mike sent you !! Happy thanksgiving!!! More
