We had a pleasant conversation which was welcomed after a long day at work. Also, Charlie is very professional and honest. I appreciated him going back to redo the paperwork to apply my coupon. He did so without a hint of irritation even though I mistakenly didn't ask about it until the end instead of at the beginning. I realized I was in the wrong, but he was very kind and accommodating. Next time I will be sure to show the coupon first...and there will be a next time due directly to Charlie's and the cashier's excellent customer service! More
