Recall or not Received a recall notice in regards to airbag, but when I got there was told the recall was not for the airbag, only for a part. That I would have to have a diagnosis for the airbag light that was on and remained on, which would cost $100+ After receiving my paperwork which included a inspection sheet, I noticed some areas that needed immediate attention and some that where in good condition. Unfortunately, the sheet stated that i would need windshield wipers soon, and that the level of my windshield fluid was good. However, I didn't have any fluid and my wipers needed replacement ASAP. More

I was told to wait until I got an official recall letter. I received it 1 week ago, and called Kia of Chatt. Mon a.m. to make my appointment for Wed. I arrived and went to waiting room. After a few min I was told that they did not have the parts needed. I would have to wait an extra hour while they drove to Cleveland to get the needed parts. I elected to go home & return on Fri., when the work was completed. A 45 min trip for nothing. Ask before you arrive! More
