Too long, and staff doesn't seem to care about the customer. I went for an appointment on a Wednesday. It took 2 hours. 2 days later I had to take time off work to come back because the job wasn't done at all th I went for an appointment on a Wednesday. It took 2 hours. 2 days later I had to take time off work to come back because the job wasn't done at all the first time. I spent another hour and 45 min. After all that, not one person said sorry for any inconvenience. Instead acted like they did me a favor. Turns out I needed a new tire. Good to know that customer safety isn't important to these guys. I wouldn't recommend anymore. More

Great service I gave this rating because Nikki went far and beyond. He made me feel that she understood what I was going thru. She said let’s see what that prob I gave this rating because Nikki went far and beyond. He made me feel that she understood what I was going thru. She said let’s see what that problem is and then see how we can fix it. She made me feel good and she said she would be there about the time I get there. When I got to Kia there was a gentleman was confirmed my appointment that Nikki had set up and he got my information and then he said they would call. I have had service there many of times but this was the first time I felt they cared and wanted to help me. I felt good about my car repair and Kia I received quality service and expert help.
