Service department was excellent I was please with the service department of this department however the sales department could use a boost in customer service. I really liked the friendliness of staff at the service end however when I thought about buying a car from here the sales stuff was rather pushy and unprofessional considering when I walked to the deslship next door, they started booing so I would never buy a car here but definitely am pleased with the service department. Oil service I purchased a new 2016 kia in September 2015. I regularly come in to have my vehicle serviced. The last time I came I was told that if I took a surv I purchased a new 2016 kia in September 2015. I regularly come in to have my vehicle serviced. The last time I came I was told that if I took a survey that on my next visit I would receive a free of charge car wash and vacuum. That never happened. I called to schedule my appointment for September 26 and told them about the car wash and vacuum and wad told to mention it when I came in for service. The reason I mentioned it so that they would schedule it with my oil change and have time to do it. Well I was told when I got there that they don't do that and they would have to take alot of extra time to vacuum it. It was raining as well and the attendant said that if I was ever around the area to come in and they would send it through the car wash. I'm not at all satisfied with that. I like a clean car and purposely didn't clean my car last week because I was expecting to have it done at kia. So yes, this was not a good experience. Most of the time I am very pleased but unfortunately Kia's service fell flat this time. More
