Our salesman Ricky Burnette went above and beyond to help us find the right car and guide us through the financial steps with the help of his manager Dirk Emmett. A great team who trully care about their customers. Thank you for everything and I look forward to my new Kia! More

The lot can be quite intimidating and for me, my biggest concern was being taken advantage of. Hank went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and my first new car buying experience was memorable. He was very cognizant of the vehicles, making sure you get the best price & my time as a customer. I appreciate all of his help and I absolutely LOVE my new car! More
Incredible First- Time Car Buying Experience! My husband and I had been looking to replace my VW Jetta TDI for over a year as we kept having problems with he electrical components of the vehicle. My husband and I had been looking to replace my VW Jetta TDI for over a year as we kept having problems with he electrical components of the vehicle. I had researched cars endlessly and finally decided on either a Kia Forte or a Honda Civic. We stopped by the Kia dealership on a Sunday afternoon and were instantly impressed with Brad Wornick. He greeted us in the lot and asked us what we were looking for. He showed us around then backed off and let us look on our own. This was wonderful. We didn't feel as if we were being pressured, but he was still close enough to ask any questions. We test drove a Kia Forte and we both fell in love with the car ( they even let us take it home to test out my oldest daughter's car seat in it), but because of indecisiveness we left to look at other options. We came back AGAIN that afternoon to compare the Forte to another car we had seen and pick up a CarFax. Brad was wonderful, he wasn't rude. He understood our need to look at all our options, and never once said anything negative about any other car manufacturers. He was very kind and took interest in my family. He called us personally that evening to ask us how we felt about the car and set up a meeting for the following day (we learned later that Brad had actually come in on his off day to assist us). Finally, we felt prepared to make an offer on the car. Brad worked with us and introduced us to Brian Duke from the Finance Department. We worked together to get a price that I think made everyone involved happy. We could of gone with the same make and model of vehicle that was slightly cheaper down the road, but we went with Kia because of the level of customer service we received while there. I cannot express how wonderful Brad made our first car buying experience. I can truly say that it was fun purchasing a car from Kia of Chattanooga. More
Experience is the key. Thanks to Hank and the guys for making our experience in spending money as painless as possible. When you know your job it makes all the difference to Thanks to Hank and the guys for making our experience in spending money as painless as possible. When you know your job it makes all the difference to buyers. We wanted someone who told the truth from experience and thats exactly what we got. Also it was an added blessing to walk in and see a sticker that read, and im paraphrasing, "put God first and success follows". Then to discover that this is your salesmans personal computer and desk. That sealed the deal. Thanks so much Hank! More

I contacted the dealership and they explained to me that I should have purchased their tire insurance policy if I wanted assistance with my tire. Furthermore, they explained the trim was broken removing it from the truck at the dealership. It was "fixed" with one self tapping screw. I had to throw a fit in the parking lot to have the trim properly fixed. Love the car. Do not recommend the dealership. More
They Believe in their Product; Honest, Humble and Fair I went with a 2016 Kia Soul, Basic, 6 gear Manual, FWD, 1.6 L 4 Cyl. (31 mi) Of course they're trying to clear out old models to make way for 2017, but that's not what made the sale. I really wanted an AWD stick shift for the mountains - but unless I'm going Subaru, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi or Porsche - or a huge off-road gas hog - it's not going to happen. I may try to trade up to the Kia Sorento or Sportage later, but the Soul was in my affordable range. First off, we met Hank in Sales and Matt in Finance just yesterday, so this is a VERY fresh review. I went in with a relative that's got 10+ years' experience with three different models of Kias and good experience with this particular dealer. I also did some homework on Kia. It's important to know your source. I've got 22 years + of technical and general telephone and in-person customer service under my belt. I've been a cab driver and a limo driver. I've been in everything from a Hummer to a DeLorean to an Alfa Romeo Spider. I've rented a lot of cars and I've owned a lot of cars. I'm actually a Mopar woman. This is not a complete list, but I've owned and worked on a 1976 Dodge Dart, 1972 Plymouth Satellite, 1968 Dodge Polara and a Silver Anniversary Trans Am. I've owned a '94 Chevy Cavalier Wagon, '64 Chevy Pick Up, a Z-28, Cadillac Seville, a Ford F-150 Dual Cab, 2004 Pontiac Grand Am, and more. My latest car is a 1992 Nissan Stanza. That said, honesty goes a long way. It's not quite the same as integrity, but it's an integral part of it and a major necessity when buying a car. Here's what I found: Hank didn't balk when I told him my exact situation and what I was needing. Hank was kind with the truth about what he believed he and the staff could and could not do for me. On a test drive, it was clear that he and the staff totally believe in their products; they drive Kias and they own Kias. Hank wasn't just knowledgable about Kias, he had an extensive background in sales of other brands and owning and driving other cars. It was a good perspective. Hank was honest, fair, realistic, a little nervous for me and..... genuinely glad for me. He answers his phone and he calls back even when he's not yet in the office. Hank lives with integrity. Compassion and honesty make a difference. I'm pretty sure the sale made Hank's day, not just his quota. When Matt and I sat down to do the dreaded signing of the paperwork, I pointed out a couple of mistakes because - well, the title and taxes aren't Tennessee. Simple. Matt didn't bicker, justify or make excuses. It was a user-mistake, not a computer mistake. It was total efficiency from beginning to end with Matt. What dealer staff DOUBLE-CHECKS the paperwork after you've signed and you leave the showroom? Matt does. He found a typo on the numbers IN MY FAVOR and came after me. Within 10 minutes, it was fixed, printed, signed and I was on my way out of the lot. I totally recommend these two guys. I'll find out more about the service and how the other staff stands by and feels about their product and company as I return for regular maintenance. I believe it's going to work out just fine. More
Easy buying experience although I really do hate buying cars, I am not a haggler. Which is great because that really wasn't necessary at Kia. They were not high pressure or although I really do hate buying cars, I am not a haggler. Which is great because that really wasn't necessary at Kia. They were not high pressure or annoying. Even when I decided I needed to think about it for a day, I never felt anything but that they were giving me their best to get me the car I wanted. More
