He did everything he could with the dealership and different banks,(until he found the right bank),to get me in the car I wanted. He went as far as personally going to my bank and talking w them. He literally did everything he could to help me out. He's the guy to get you in your car. Most dealerships would've turned their back on me,but he invested a lot of time into me and worked so hard.I'm so thankful. He's the best and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone! :) More

Car purchase Loved our experience buying the Kia Soul! Ever have a salesman say, "I want to do what ever we need to do to get you in the car you want?" Well, he Loved our experience buying the Kia Soul! Ever have a salesman say, "I want to do what ever we need to do to get you in the car you want?" Well, he did that, and then some. Ricky walked us through every tiny thing about the amenities of the Soul, from safety features to syncing phones for hands free operation. He and Brandon even went to pick up our vehicle for the trade-in, as we had been talking to another dealership for way too long that day. Our teens weren't invisible to him either. When they had questions, he answered those. He focused on all our family, and we all really enjoyed our time there. The money side of things, which I hate, and my husband handles because that's his gig, went well also. Ricky and the Kia Chattanooga team honored what we asked for on trade in, and he won us with that desire to make us happy customers. We are indeed, happy customers! After the frustration of having tried with Kia of Cleveland, of which I left a proper review. I was out raged by what this gentlemen, Brandon Morgan, fraudulently told me. He told me that he was an e-sales manager and a big deal there, that he didn't have a quota and sales were not important for him so he would "cut me a better deal" than a sales resprentative. As I've seen on here, his title is "sales" only. It made sense though after my experience with Kia of Cleveland when he said that the two are owned by the same franchise owner. Since any and every other car dealer I have talked with has at least tried to help me, it makes no sense to me why these two dealerships in the friendly south refuse to. I've gotten assistance from dealers all over the surrounding area and would much rather give any of them my money once a deal arrives for me. More

I was unsure of their type of car I wanted so I did a lot of searching on the internet to get an idea of what I wanted. I looked at Kia of Chattanooga and was approached by Dave Wilson, he was very nice and not pushy at all. I told him what I wanted and needed for my work and he showed me several small suv categories. I found a Kia Sportage 2017 but due to some credit issues did not expect to get anything like that or at least one with 50,000+ miles. I filled out the online application because they can look at 30 lenders instead of my back for one lender. I was needing a car and did not have a lot of time to look. I received a call from Dave Willson the next morning saying that he had spoken with Clyde Dempsey the finance officer and him told Dave to tell me we will do anything to get you in the car today and would accept a lower down payment from 2500 to just 1500 and would hold the check until I got paid and could come take the car home today. I was so surprised regarding the efficiency of the company and Dave and . Dave never was pushy and he answered all my questions if he did not know the answer he found out for me. I did not at any time feel that I needed a man with me to buy the car. I got a Kia Sportage LX 2017 new model with only 12 miles on it and drove it home that day, and could not be more pleased with the car and the experience. I would highly recommend going to Kia especially the woman. It is women friendly. that should be their new slogan. More
Excellence Service Hank was very friendly and courteous. I went to Kia because of the deal that was advertised on the radio. What I wanted was not in stick but something caught my eye on the corner of the lot. Turns out it was a manager's special. Hank immediately got all of the information for me. He answered all of my questions and did not over sell the car just to make a sale. I highly recommend him to anyone looking at Kia of Chattanooga. THANKS HANK!! More

Overall satisfied with the service. I had spent several weeks looking around at different dealerships to find a car within my budget. I went into Kia of Chattanooga and the salesman sai I had spent several weeks looking around at different dealerships to find a car within my budget. I went into Kia of Chattanooga and the salesman said he didn't have anything right then, but would if I could come back at the end of the week. My only complaint, which is partially my fault, is that the payments were more than I was expecting. I assumed I would only be shown cars within the budget I gave the salesperson. The finance process was so rushed I never saw what my payments were until i left the dealership and read the paperwork. Like I said, this was partially my fault for not reading everything but I was simply told to sign here, and here, and here... I'm very happy with my car and am glad I bought it. There was an after purchase promise from the salesman due to the confusion of the monthly payments, which was not fulfilled. More

We had also not been told that the car was being used as a demo. Wade Ledford took over and went the extra mile to provide quality customer service. Without him, there would have been no deal. MADE BUYING A SORENTO FEEL LIKE LUXURY EXPERIENCE HANK BROWN TOOK HIS TIME AND MADE SURE WE FOUND THE CAR TO MEET OUR NEEDS. KIA PROVIDED REFRESHMENTS DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS. EVERYONE (ALL THE STA HANK BROWN TOOK HIS TIME AND MADE SURE WE FOUND THE CAR TO MEET OUR NEEDS. KIA PROVIDED REFRESHMENTS DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS. EVERYONE (ALL THE STAFF) SAID HELLO AND MADE US FEEL LIKE THE MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE IN WORLD. SEVERAL COUPLES HAD CRYING CHILDREN, AND I DID NOT HEARD ONE UNKIND WORD SAID ABOUT THE BEHAVIOR. THE STAFF JUST GOT UP AND ASSISTED THE FAMILY TO MAKE THEIR EXPERIENCE AS GOOD AS MINE. THE FINANCE PEOPLE SHOPPED FOR THE BEST RATES AND WE WERE NEVER PRESSURED TO BUY ANYTHING. More
