We are new to KIA. Wife liked the looks of the Sportage and I liked that it didn't have a CVT transmission. Replacing a Toyota we had for 12 years and plan to keep this one for 10+ years. Really like the K and I liked that it didn't have a CVT transmission. Replacing a Toyota we had for 12 years and plan to keep this one for 10+ years. Really like the KIA warranty, hopefully it's not all hype and/or will never need to use it. KIA of Chattanooga the only dealership in town unless you want to travel and I don't like buying from one dealership and taking it too another for warranty and service. Our salesman Scott was helpful and patient. We wanted to look at most of the models and ended up test driving a new Soul and the only Sportage left on the lot which we ended up buying. The purchase price was fair and the sale went thru without incident. They gave me a Veterans discount which was pretty insignificant money wise but was appreciated just the same. I keep our cars maintained so am hopeful the service department earns my respect and we can have a good working relationship during ownership. PS. Received our new tag, registration and title within a few days (not weeks) which tells me their finance/title/office personnel process things quickly. Not like some dealers we've dealt with in the past. Much appreciated. More
