They Picked Me Up At Home I was in an accident back in October of 2015. My Nissian Rouge was totaled which I purchased from Kia of Chattanooga 6 months prior. After being out of commission for 3 months I had time to do some research for the new vechile my wife and I were going to purchase. I looked at several dealers and several models of cars online, gave my info, and dealers called me. But my wife and I couldn't get to the dealership to actually look at the cars, bc of her busy work schedule. I saw a Kia Soul for a great price and they offered a $500 off coupon on any new or used car from their website. I clicked save this car and received an email early the next morning. I spoke with Allie on internet sales, she asked if I could come in and see the car. I told her that I couldn't get there because I didn't have a ride. She offered to send somebody to pick me up and drive me to the dealership to see the car. Less than 10mins later I got a call from Brandon, I gave him my address, and he said he was on his way. 30mins later Brandon was at my apartment complex with a newer Soul bc the one I was interested in was getting touched up. We got to the dealership, he brought out the Soul, and we drove around gave it a real world test drive. Brandon was super friendly and easy to talk to. My wife was shocked I called her and said they picked me up. I fell in love with the Soul, and the dealership honored our $500 off coupon. Brandon dropped me off at my apartment told him I was interested and I gave him a check to hold the hold the Soul. Told my wife about it and we went to the dealership the next day to pick it up. She loved Brandon as well, the financing process was easy and didn't take long. The staff was friendly as well. We soon later drove off the lot with our new to us 2013 Soul. Kia of Chattanooga had the best prices, customer service, and a solid selection. Seriously who else would pick you up at your house to help make the car shopping experience easier. Kia of Chattanooga does. We will go back. More

Very Happy Repeat Customer I purchased a 2013 Kia Soul + to replace my former vehicle. I could not afford a lot of features at the time and I got a great deal on a Plus model wi I purchased a 2013 Kia Soul + to replace my former vehicle. I could not afford a lot of features at the time and I got a great deal on a Plus model with a manual transmission. I enjoyed driving it for three years, but, at the age, I got tired of shifting when stuck in traffic on the interstate. Whenever I would come in for an oil change, Kenneth Burke would greet me with a smile and ask if it was time for an upgrade. I had told him what I wanted in my next car and he kept an eye out for one that matched my desire. Last week, when I came in for another oil change, he greeted me and told me that they just got in a certified pre-owned 2015 Soul with only 6500 miles on it and it included about every option available including keyless start, panoramic sunroof, Infinity sound system with navigation, cooled and heated leather seats and steering wheel. Best off, it was clear white just like my 2013 Kia Soul. I test drove the vehicle and fell in love with it. Kenneth Burke is a great salesman who surely kept his word. I'm sure I'll be back when it comes time to trade again. Thanks Kia of Chattanooga! More

Unlike any other I have dealt with several dealerships over the years and even used to sell cars myself but this experience was like any other my salesman jim was very I have dealt with several dealerships over the years and even used to sell cars myself but this experience was like any other my salesman jim was very knowledgeable as well as personable he never once gave me the "typical car salesman" vibe of trying force me into a sale instead he took his time to find out what I wanted and never push me into terms of the sale that I wasn't comfortable with it was an experience like no other and would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used car More
