This grandma came, bought and left happy! I was in love with my 2006 Kia Optima but I wanted newer technology so I had been researching cars for over a year. Kenneth Burke had sold 3-4 cars t I was in love with my 2006 Kia Optima but I wanted newer technology so I had been researching cars for over a year. Kenneth Burke had sold 3-4 cars to friends of mine so I met him out on the Kia car lot and he could not have been nicer. He expertly and patiently explained the three vehicles that I test drove. I wasn't treated as if I were a girl who didn't know anything about cars. I was treated as a customer and a friend. He didn't try to just sell me the highest thing on the lot. He really listened to me; to what I knew I absolutely wanted and he listened to what options I could live without. He displayed a strong sense of faith and family, and will be someone I will keep in touch with for future purchases; and I have already recommended him to friends and family. Also, Matt, in Finance, is a great guy too! He is new to Kia of Chattanooga so we both learned a few things while processing my paperwork...all with kindness and patience.
