Hank showed true professionalism, experience, and care when helping me and my family buy our new car. Kia of Chattanooga has changed my perception and the culture of "Car Buying". A Great Experience - Long review Let me preface by saying my credit was nearly non-existent. Armed with that knowledge before-hand I took a shot in the dark and filled out the online Let me preface by saying my credit was nearly non-existent. Armed with that knowledge before-hand I took a shot in the dark and filled out the online credit application thinking there would be no way I'd have a chance. I had a little cash to put down and a used trade in and the vehicle I wanted was a Soul. I figured they would politely respond with something an email along the lines of "Thank you for your interest, but we can't help you." I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call (which I had missed as my phone was silent) and a text from Kenneth Burke. "This is Kenneth at KIA of Chattanooga, call me when you can talk." First thought, "Wow, actually taking the time to call me and then text to tell me they can't help me. A nice personal touch, not nearly as cold as an email." I called and identified myself, he was polite and seemed genuinely glad to hear from me; the whole time i was waiting for the hammer to drop and for him to tell me "I'm sorry, we can't help you. May God have mercy on your soul and your credit score." Much to my pleasant surprise he instead said, "The reason I wanted to talk to you is we have you pre-approved for a pre-owned Soul." I was absolutely floored! I made an appointment to come in the next day(a Saturday) and he detailed what information I would need to bring. When I got there and met Kenneth, I was greeted with a warm smile and a handshake. We sat down, discussed options, then I was allowed to test drive the vehicle (Which I loved). After further discussion it turned out the payments (with my credit score) would be much higher than I could afford. I was disappointed, but Kenneth smiles and says "Take a breath. We can actually get you better rates on a new car, if you are interested." Again I was floored, a new car? Me? I thought surely this was a prank show and waited for the cameras to appear. At this point it was late in the day and I had my wife and kids with me, so I asked him to see what kind of deal we could work out and let me know. He called me not long after I got home and told me with the trade in and the cash I had to put down I could get a new Soul (NEW!) with payments within my affordability range. I was still uncertain about buying a new car, it just seemed like a big step. So, I asked him to give me a little time to think about it. I discussed it with my wife because this needed to be her decision, too. That Monday I texted Kenneth asking questions, getting details, asking more questions, and then a few more questions. He was always friendly, never seemed irritated by my indecision or questions. After I felt I had all the information I needed to fully make the decision, I truly felt I was getting a good rate on a new vehicle. with my sad credit. That Monday afternoon,we went back to get our new car. When we got there we were again greeted by Kenneth with a warm smile and he said "If you want, you can go look at it again to make sure." The car had been freshly washed and had a full tank of gas. After saying we were ready, we went to the business office and sign the papers where we met Clyde Dempsey. He thoroughly explained all of the extended warranty options, and how it would affect the car payments. He explained the finance rate and answered all of our questions. The whole process took less than 20 minutes as he was thorough and clear in his explanations. I never felt pushed, I never felt hounded. Everything was presented in a "Here are you options: You let us know what you want to do" fashion. I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner even though (as I have mentioned numerous times) my credit was not good. I have been to other car lots where they seem to act as though credit = respect. That was not the case at KIA of Chattanooga. So, to Kenneth and to Clyde, thank you both for an awesome experience. She was not pushy at all, like I expected from a car salesperson. Clyde went above and beyond in helping get us approved. They both exceeded all my hopes for this experience. They were also very polite and kind to our children. They also followed up with us to make sure we were happy after the sale. I would definitely go back to them to buy another car. Loved everyone involved. Thanks so much. More
Great Service I got my first Kia in 2007 and since I love it so much and have never had ANY trouble with it, I decided my next vehicle would also be a Kia. April w I got my first Kia in 2007 and since I love it so much and have never had ANY trouble with it, I decided my next vehicle would also be a Kia. April was the best! Even though I already knew what Sorento I wanted, she got the price and payments I wanted. I was in and out of the dealership much quicker than I expected and April took the time to make sure I had what I needed and she even sat with me in the car before I left to show me it and to help sync up my phone to it. Her, nor Stephen (who did my financing) were pushy or put any pressure on me to do anything. Kia of Chattanooga is great, and April was terrific. If I get another car, it will definitely be from them More

She worked with me over the phone on her off time trying to find the vehicle I wanted with the options I had to have. She was so sweet and determined to find me the best vehicle more than any dealer I have ever dealt with. She found a 2016 Sorento with way more options than I required and even got me the price I needed with the payments I needed and did all of this within the time frame I required which was 2 days. Oh and the finance manager Clyde was willing to work with us also to get everything in our price range and payment range. I have never seen anyone work so hard to make a sale and not be pushy or put any pressure at all on me. If I am ever in the market for another vehicle I will definitely go see or call April at Kia of Chattanooga. She is hands down the best in the nation! If you are in the market for a new or even used vehicle I can guarantee you won't find anyone that can match her!!!! I don't usually do reviews but I felt she deserved it and so does Clyde and Kia of Chattanooga! More
Wow, that was fast! Can't say enough about what a pleasant experience we had at this dealership. We were in an out in about 2 hours. Now that is fast! Friendly and approachable Being a woman with kids shopping for a new vehicle can be difficult. The last thing I want is a pushy salesman who has his own agenda ($) on the mind Being a woman with kids shopping for a new vehicle can be difficult. The last thing I want is a pushy salesman who has his own agenda ($) on the mind mixed with a few flashy package deals which are hardly that-a deal. I didn't encounter that with Kia of Chattanooga and their employees. From the moment I stepped on the lot to the moment I drove away in a new car, I was met with friendly and approachable staff. They met my needs and I would recommend them to friends and family. More
