He showed me several options & told me not to be in any hurry. He helped me out on both of my visits. I'm very new learning with car payments, insurance, credit, etc. He did a wonderful job thoroughly explaining every detail for me. He gave me two different quotes & made sure the option I picked was a good choice financially. You can tell he really loves his job & enjoys helping out his customers in every way. I have already recommended him several times since my visit! Clyde helped me as well with signing papers & choosing the right package for me. I'm very happy he could find me a great rate & get my payments down to a comfortable price. I was extremely happy with my visit. I look forward to continuing my business with them! More

I went for a used car and left with a brand new 2015 Kia Soul, these guys worked hard making it happen far beyond any of the other dealerships I have visited. Honestly I will have to say the staff at Kia of Chattanooga is simply the best, everyone I came in contact with were friendly and kept me informed of how things were going step by step. They made feel like I mattered and not just a waste of their time, which some of the other dealerships I had visited did. Our sales person Hank was happy to show us what we expressed interest in without trying to push us into those or any other vehicle for that matter which is typically my biggest pet peeve at dealerships. Even after again visiting other lots talking trade in values and such we were drawn back to Hank and the staff at Kia because we appreciated they direct and upfront approach of the office staff with price and trade discussions. Everything was out in the open instead of the usual behind closed doors back and forth games. Jennifer in financing was more than happy to work with us checking options and lenders until she got the payment we wanted even with extra protection plans to boot! I couldn't be more pleased with our experience and would(and have) recommend them to anyone in the market! More
