Don't be fooled! However, I was passed along to the person's partner and things began to change. Once my financing was being processed the story completely changed. The rep became rude and would not listen to me or try to "comfort" my concerns or offer any type of help, another rep came and took the keys away from me for the vehicle I wanted to purchase to allow someone else to test drive it (who also purchased the vehicle after I was told to go home and discuss it with my husband), and was offered a horrible trade in value for my car even after showing the rep what I found on the appraisal value for my car. I was approved for this vehicle but at a monthly price over what I wanted to spend which is why I was told to discuss it with my husband. DO NOT BE FOOLED by the relaxed atmosphere or the fact they advertise on J103. This is not a good dealership and you are better off going somewhere else. More
