We went to Hyundai and Nissan the same day test driving cars and no matter what we ended back at the Kia dealership the cars just do not compare in quality and feel the Kia vehicles gives you. We looked at the Hyundai Accent and The Nissan Versa and the Kia Rio. The Kia won hands down...No contest. Also, Ricky gave us the keys for the Rio and said go have fun take it for a test drive and did not come with us. This was a plus, it allowed my wife and I to have a conversation with out someone asking us questions and making you feel like you can not talk openly. The other dealerships we had a sales persons with us on the test drives. Kia of Chattanooga knows that their cars and service sales itself. Ricky was great and is honest and never once felt pushy in any way. He knew once we test drove the Kia Rio and went to check the other cars we would be back and he was right. If you are looking to purchase a new, or used car My wife and I would highly recommend Kia of Chattanooga and Ricky Burnette for your next car buying experience. I bought a mini van for 7000.00 that is only worth 4,000.00 max. I was pressured, they took the keys to my trade in and kept on and on about what a great deal it was. With all the money the dealers make on financing new cars they could have helped me out and given it to me at a fair price. More

Was needing a new car at a reasonable price with a limited budget payment. Every one involved in helping us be able to purchase a car went beyond their duty to insure we were able to purchase a vehi limited budget payment. Without the hard work of the sales team and financial team, we would not have been able to purchase the vehicle we wanted to buy. The guys took the time to ensure that we were able to make a good deal. Ricky Burnette gave my daughter and I the best experience I have ever had when it comes to buying cars. Ricky worked hard to find the right car that we were looking for that provided us with the payment we I have ever had when it comes to buying cars. I am sure we weren't the easiest customers to work with but Ricky never gave up and never made us feel pressured. He knew this was my daughter's 1st car and he knew how important this was for both of us. He made sure the tank was full, oil changed, and he personally paid for a complete detail on the car. A week after the car was bought, the battery died and Ricky paid for a new one to be installed. We are so lucky that Ricky was our sales person and thank goodness he wasn't a typical "car salesman".(Yuck) I will never go anywhere else to buy a car and I will always use Ricky Burnette! More
