Our visit to Kia of Chattanooga was excellent from beginning to end. From my conversation with Kenneth the sales manager on the phone we learned that the friendly folks there would help us get a new K beginning to end. He then introduced us to John Woodall who helped us and he was GREAT!!! He not only was courteous and informative in helping us see what vehicle would fit our needs but he was knowledgable of the different vehicles Kia has to offer.John helped us through the entire process and was very friendly and pleasant the whole time. I feel as if John is a friend and I just met him today! Another great person we came in contact with was Mike Pomeroy. Mike was very personable and encouraging to us and took the time to explain different financing and warranty options. He too was very good to us today and helped us purchase a great vehicle. John was a wonderful salesman. He walked me through the cars, explained the options and differences between packages available on the car models I was interested in. He was patient while I haggled for a b cars, explained the options and differences between packages available on the car models I was interested in. He was patient while I haggled for a better price. The only reason I did not give the overall experience a 5 is because of the gentleman in the finance department. While not rude, he seemed uninterested in explaining things to me or even being there, which struck me as unprofessional. I had decided to leave to check on other financing options and John allowed me to take the car home for the evening to mull things over. I'm glad I did! After driving the car one evening, I was sold. I came back the next day and worked with another gentleman in financing, who was more courteous and was easier to deal with. More
