Purchasing a car from Karen Cross at Kia of Chattanooga was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. She knew the type of car I was looking for and immediately called me when it came in. I was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Easiest car buying experience. I drove from out of town because they had the car I wanted and at a great price. They were honest, gave a low price upfront without haggling. There were no extra fees and they did not try to up sale any products during the process (except the extended warranty which is reasonable and worth at least hearing about). Despite the long road trip to get there for me, I will return for my next Kia. More
