Dustin was great from start to finish. He greeted us the moment we approached the lot and made me feel very comfortable car shopping for the first time. I told him the car I was interested in and he showed me all my options and offered to tell me about similar options. I never felt pressured and I was able to confidently select the car I wanted. Clyde was very sweet as well and while I am more familiar with loans, having bought a house recently, he was still patient and kind despite having so many people in the dealership. I know they were both busy, but they made me feel like I was the only person that mattered when I had their time. I loved my experience from chatting with Lindsey's team online to picking out the car woth Dustin and agreeing to the loan with Clyde. Everyone was fantastic! I discovered my left blinker wasn't working shortly after I left the lot and Dustin got me right in and my car was fixed, for free, almost as soon as I parked it. I have loved my experience so far and I have both Dustin's and Clyde's cards if I ever have any questions. This experience has not only made me a Kia driver for life, but I'll definitely be changing mechanics to Kia as well. I am beyond satisfied.
