Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, and for a slow leak in my tire. Came back and they said they did the oil change and rotation but couldn’t find the leak. Well. Leak is still there and in the same tire in the same spot so a rotation wasn’t actually done. I know the leak is there because I physically saw it and a tire place circled it. Disappointed. More

I bought my Optima here in 2012. Have had it serviced here regularly since then. Always have been pleased with the service, but not this time. Many of the staff were not wearing masks.
