Bought a vehicle from there and having issues with electrical in seats to where we can not drive the vehicle. We were told face to face that “ANYTHING” goes wrong with in the extended warranty would b electrical in seats to where we can not drive the vehicle. We were told face to face that “ANYTHING” goes wrong with in the extended warranty would be done for free. And we asked multiple times about that before we signed the papers to make sure that all of that was understood correctly. and now they are going back on there word. That we have to pay a deductible. That was not ever discussed one time on terms and conditions. We will not recommend Kia to anyone ever again. And our vehicle is still not fixed at that, we are still waiting on it. From the dealer.
