Everyone was friendly and helpful. The service was performed in a reasonable amount of time. I only wish they would’ve checked the air in my tires when they rotated them. Took my car in for trouble with the engine which was a recall on the car I was not contacted about a rental or when the car could be picked up ...I had to call about my car and was never told when to pick recall on the car I was not contacted about a rental or when the car could be picked up ...I had to call about my car and was never told when to pick up a rental or my vehicle.When I picked my Kia Sorento up the AC no longer worked and it was fine when I dropped it off so I will not be going back to Kia of Chattanooga.
