Scott was great. He was very kind and informative of the whole process. Even though we weren't able to make a trade with my current vehicle, one of the finance managers went out of his way to search for an whole process. Even though we weren't able to make a trade with my current vehicle, one of the finance managers went out of his way to search for an external party to purchase my car for my asking price. Every time I’ve been there for services they are super friendly and super efficient. Always quicker than the time given by almost 30 minutes. I can’t imagine going anywhere else got services. This is a great dealership everyone is nice, but this last visit was different because of the coronavirus. The dealership said they had hand sanitizer and if you did not see any ask one of there associat last visit was different because of the coronavirus. The dealership said they had hand sanitizer and if you did not see any ask one of there associates, so I ask one of the associates from the service department that was leaving the service waiting area he was going back out to the services area all he could tell me was in his words (there use to be some over there) of course there was none and he never came back with any or let me know were some was. I was disappointed about that so I emailed Greg Lee but I have not heard anything back from him. As I said before this dealership is great and I think everyone was just scared because the virus has us all shook up a bit. Charlie Puckett was really great very helpful. More
